Struggle for a Single Word

Friday, April 27, 2012

In the cloud of mind,
Where destination turns blind,
I push myself through the thorns,
Trying to take the bull by the horns.

Between so many happy faces out there,
Lies something in me very bare,
Bare- yes in my heart right here,
Seems my mind is in air,
Air of sputter,
Air of will cutter.

And my care is beneath in land,
Land of broken hand,
I still stand to withstand,
Waiting for my heart to understand,
But it says the world is not true,
Just look up to, live up to,
Sometimes, something unrealistic creeps,
Whenver a purpose sweeps.

I don't get what rising tide pronounces,
Or what that silence announces,
Swiftly screaming, silently shouting,
Deadly damaging, doubtfully doubting,
All with gold in my fists,
Still longing for the sands out my wrists,
Philosphical flickering of flowering floor,
An anticipaion awkward adore,
Pretty much, damn the word I don't get,
After all, its none of my threat!

Sometimes, a feeling creeps inside you and you can't define it.You may spell out the whole sentence but can't find the word for it. Same happened with me- couldn't define my feelings, so I wrote it- That's called- Struggle for a single word.
